We used this company for our event on Saturday, 7th December. I emailed them on the 9th to raise a number of issues — which they are now denying ever receiving. That is simply not true, as the email was sent and no bounce-back was received.
Unfortunately, the catering did not meet expectations at all. We paid in full for a whole lamb, yet only received half. The pasta salad was nothing more than pasta without the mayonnaise — we were told to pour tomato gravy over it, which made no sense as that gravy was clearly intended for pap or something else.
The Greek salad was completely forgotten and only arrived after we had finished eating. When it did eventually come, it was a half bowl, as if it had been scraped together from leftovers at another event.
To make matters worse, the people who dropped off the items were in such a rush that they didn’t even allow Steven — the chef — a chance to check if everything he needed was there.
The only positive from this experience was Steven himself. He was incredibly friendly and did his best to make the event special, despite the poor support and disorganization from the company.
We will never use this service again and cannot recommend them to others.

We had the most wonderful experiences with Theo's Spit Braai. The staff were great and really friendly. The area they were working in was neat, well organised and cleaned up nicely after as well. Not having to worry about the plates and cutlery after was a huge blessing!
The food was really good from the meat down to the pasta salad. It was the perfect temperature and well presented.
When you are hiring them, have place in the fridge for any big cold salads you may have ordered and disposable bowls for any leftovers you may have.
All in all, a wonderful experience, thank you!
